1. About Us
Aamie Creations is a Merchant Exporter of Garbage Bags and Waste Management Products. We supply products to domestic and international buyers in bulk quantities.
2. Product Information
- All product descriptions, specifications, sizes, thickness, colors, and packaging details are provided as accurately as possible.
- Slight variations in color, size, or packaging may occur due to manufacturing processes.
- Custom orders are produced as per buyer specifications and confirmed samples.
3. Orders & Acceptance
- Orders are confirmed only after written confirmation and agreed payment terms.
- We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion.
- Bulk export orders may require signed Proforma Invoice (PI) approval before processing.
4. Pricing & Payment
- Prices are quoted based on order quantity, specifications, and shipping terms (FOB/CIF/Ex-Works, etc.).
- Payment terms will be mutually agreed (Advance Payment / LC / TT).
- Orders will be processed only after receipt of advance payment or confirmation of agreed payment terms.
All bank charges and transaction fees must be borne by the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary depending on production schedule and shipping conditions.
- International buyers are responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs clearance in their country.
- Risk transfers to the buyer once goods are handed over to the shipping carrier (as per agreed Incoterms).
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders once confirmed and production started cannot be cancelled.
- Custom-made products are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
7. Limitation of Liability
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
- Our maximum liability shall not exceed the invoice value of the goods supplied.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including text, images, logos, and product details are the property of Aamie Creations and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
9. Force Majeure
We shall not be held responsible for delays or failure in performance due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Government regulations
- War or strikes
- Transportation disruptions
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Mumbai, India.
